Signet Instruments

AES offers the full line of GF Signet Sensors and Instruments, the most common models are listed below, but additional models and configurations are also available upon request.

Multi-parameter Controller 8900:

It allows the user to combine parameters in one single instrument; it can be customized with inputs, relays, outputs, power supply, etc. It is easy to install and to configure.

Flow

  • 515 Rotor-X Paddlewheel Flow Sensors: They are available in a variety of materials and for a wide variety of pipe sizes. It has a dynamic flow range of 0.3 to 6 m/s (1 to 20 ft/s).
  • 8150 Battery Powered Flow Totaliser: is compatible with the Signet 515 and 525 flow sensors. It indicates flow rate and totalised flow volume simultaneously.
  • 5500 ProPoint® Flow Monitor: This flow monitor has a scaleable 4 to 20 mA output and two relays programmable for high, low, and pulse operation. It indicates flow rate with the analog dial; it also has a backlit LCD for calibration, set-up and totalized flow volumes.
  • 8150 Battery Powered Flow Totaliser: is compatible with the Signet 515 and 525 flow sensors. It indicates flow rate and totalized flow volume simultaneously on its large digital display.
  • 8550 ProcessPro® Flow Transmitter: It is compatible with all signet sensors, it converts their signal into a 4 to 20 mA signal and it has dual input and output capability. It can be installed with the integral pipe mount kit or it can be installed in a panel.

pH – ORP

  • 2724-2726 pH-ORP Electrodes: These sensors are available as flat pH, bulb pH, or flat ORP sensing elements to be used in any application. The sensors have ¾” NPT or ISO 7-1 R¾ threads for installation into standard tees and they can also be mounted directly into Signet standard fittings.
  • 2774-2777 pH/ORP Electrodes: These sensors have been designed to be used with the 2750 and 2760 preamplifiers, sensor electronics and connectors. The sensing elements are available in either flat or bulb styles.
  • 2714-2717 pH/ORP Electrodes: These elements are constructed of rugged CPVC and have a very simple twist-lock design which enables de connections in one easy motion. It includes a integral temperature sensor in the pH electrode and the I.D. circuit on the ORP electrode
  • 2750 pH/ORP Sensor Electronics: This sensor electronic has a preamplified signal and two different outputs a 4 to 20 mA loop or a digital S3L. It is compatible with the 8900 Multiparameter controller. It configures itself for pH or ORP operation and can be used in submersible or in-line installations.
  • 2760 pH-ORP Preamplifiers and Connectors: This preamplifier allows the use of any DryLoc® pH/ORP electrode to work with the ProcessPro® and ProPoint® pH and ORP instruments. Ut can also be used as a connector for other instruments that do not need a preamplified signal.

Conductivity – Resistivity

  • 2819-2823 Conductivity-Resistivity Electrodes: These sensors are easy to install and are very accurate in a broad range. The standard sensor is built of 316 SS or Titanium but other materials are available.
  • 2850 Conductivity-Resistivity Sensor Electronics and Integral System: It is available in a universal mount version which allows installation on pipes, walls or tanks. The threaded j-box version can be used with all the sensors for submersible mounting; it is also available as integral mounting system for in-line mounting which includes an electrode with a choice of 5 five different constants to fit different applications.
  • 5800CR ProPoint® Conductivity-Resistivity Monitor: It has an analogue display allows a quick at-a glance view of the measurement and a digital display for set-up and more detailed precise information.
  • 8850 ProcessPro® Conductivity-Resistivity Transmitter: This transmitter works in a broad range of applications and is very easy to install and use. It is available in three different versions; the traditional two-wire loop, a current loop plus two dry contact relays and one with a two-wire current loop, one sensor input signal and two current loop outputs.
